• **To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties, events, or smoking inside the home.

• **Guests are asked to follow the simple rules outlined in the rental agreement to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

• Pre-Arrival: Before your stay, the primary guest will need to complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

• Streaming Services: All televisions include streaming apps. You are welcome to log in with your personal accounts—just remember to log out before you depart.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We aim to provide you with a private and independent stay. While we will not be on the property during your visit, our team is readily available via the booking platform to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise.
