Beach Condo | 4 Heated Pools, Tennis, Pickleball

A 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club, a beachfront complex in Crescent Beach about 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine. A 5 minute walk to the wooden boardwalk takes you straight to the sand. Guests share four heated pools plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and a fitness center. It sleeps five, has high-speed Wi-Fi and Ocean views, and long stays are welcome.

The condo is a two-story walk-up on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, about 1,020 square feet. You come in on the main floor and take the stairs up to the bedrooms.

The main floor has the living room, dining area, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a half bath. The private balcony off the living room looks over the pool and a view of the ocean.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, a rocking chair, a TV and its own bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, a TV, and the second full bath. That's room for five.
