Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the main house, the detached garage apartment, the private pool, and the backyard.

Enjoy a seamless and contactless check-in using the smart keypad on the front door. You will receive your personalized entry code 24 hours before your arrival, which will be active for the duration of your stay.

Feel free to park in the garage while you are a guest. There is plenty of parking outside in the driveway of the attached and detached garage.

• No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• Beach access is across the A1A street and is a 5 minuet walk. Or you can drive your car on the beach with access on Mary Street (about 1 mile drive north). We recommend your vehicle is a 4x4 or AWD if you do decide to drive your vehicle on the beach.
• Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed to stay at the property.
• The pool is not heated.
• Lawn Care services come every Tuesday and will be in the courtyard area to maintain the area.
• The pool gets serviced weekly on Friday.
• This information is so you are not startled to see people in the courtyard or in the garage on these specific days.
