Sleeps 6 in a king suite, a queen room and a third bedroom with a double, a twin and a desk. Driveway parking and self check-in.

The house is all on one level, about 1,700 square feet, and sleeps six.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed and a desk, so it works as a kids' room or a home office. A second full bathroom is off the hallway.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has an island, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a blender. There is a dining room for meals together, and the living room has a TV with streaming apps and a stack of board games.

Out back is a large private yard and a patio with outdoor seating and a grill. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi reaches the whole house.

The whole house and backyard are yours. Park in the driveway.

You also get the shared community pool at the Riverview Club, 790 Christina Drive, in the same neighborhood. A key card opens the pool gate.

Self check-in with a smart keypad on the front door. Your personal code arrives 24 hours before you do and works for your whole stay. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM.

You will want a car here. The house is in St. Augustine Shores, just off US-1 South, with a Publix and a gas station close by.

Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach are each about 9.5 miles, around 20 minutes. Crescent Beach is the quieter of the two: take US-1 south to 206 and head east.
